Cancellation Policy

We at AIM-P 2023 understand that sometimes circumstances arise that necessitate the cancellation of your participation in the event. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please carefully review this policy before registering for the event.

1. Cancellation Requests:

   Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to “aimp@ipscindia.com” Please include your full name, registration details, and reasons for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy:

   The following refund structure will apply to cancellation requests:

   • Cancellation requests received more than 60 days before the event start date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
   • Cancellation requests received between 30 and 60 days before the event start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
   • Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Substitutions:

   If you are unable to attend the event, you may request a substitution for another participant from your team. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event start date. Additional charges may apply if the substitute participant falls under a different registration category.

4. Force Majeure:

   In the event that AIM-P 2023 is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide participants with options for rescheduling or obtaining credit towards a future event. Refunds may be offered at the discretion of the event organizers.

5. No Show:

   Failure to attend the event without prior written notice will be considered a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

6. Processing Time:

   Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

8. Policy Acceptance:

   By registering for AIM-P 2023, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this cancellation policy.
