Terms & Conditions:

  • The appointments can be cancelled till 24 hours before your scheduled time. Full refund will be processed in that case. For cancellations, please write a message to ipscindia1@gmail.com or call +91 9599495514 (Delhi), 7411161015 (Bengaluru) after paying
  • The appointments can be reschedule till 4 hours before your scheduled time. For rescheduling, please write a message to appointment@ipscindia.com or call +91 9599495514 (Delhi), 7411161015 (Bengaluru) after paying
  • In case the video consultation cannot take place due to any reason, your amount will be completely refunded or you can reschedule the same.
  • In case of severe video quality issues, your amount will be completely refunded, or you can re-schedule your new appointment.
  • You may be asked to change the date and time, if slots of your choice are already booked.
  • The maximum Online consultation time is 20 minutes, and includes only 1 patient
  • The Online consultation will be given by Zoom video conferencing, details of which will be shared after appointment confirmation.
